I’m not saying Hayden Anhedönia / Ethel Cain was purposely trying to replicate the cover of Generation Dead in her video for American Teenager, but I am saying that Preacher’s Daughter is a pretty great album, one I’m certain Phoebe and Margi would have on heavy rotation.

Actually, Phoebe especially would be into a deep cut off of her Unreleased album. “Death Rattle” would have her feeling all the feels…who would the lyrics remind her of most?
